4. Shipping Fees
- Domestic (UAE): Orders below AED 250 incur a delivery fee calculated at checkout.
- International: Costs are determined by weight and destination, calculated live at checkout.
5. International Customs & Duties
Recipient Responsibility: Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Fee Calculation: These are not included in our shipping fee and are usually collected by the courier upon delivery.

At Aniqa Collections, we want you to love your purchase. If things don’t work out, our return process is designed to be simple and easy.
1. The 14-Day Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.
- Defective or Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
- Change of Heart: If you changed your mind or the fit isn't right, you can return the item for a refund or exchange, provided it meets our hygiene and condition standards.
2. Condition of Items
To ensure a successful return, please make sure your items are:
- Unused and unwashed with no marks, perfumes, or makeup stains.
- In the original packaging with all Aniqa Collections tags still attached.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation email.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons (as per UAE health regulations), we cannot accept returns on:
- Jewelry, hair accessories, and masks.
- Lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping & Pick-up Costs
- Defective Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
- Standard Returns: For changes of mind or size issues, a flat return shipping fee of AED 30 will be deducted from your refund.
5. Refund Timeline & Method
Once our team inspects your return (usually within 3 business days of receipt):
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are sent back to the original card. Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank to process.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer to a UAE-based account.
- VAT: The 5% UAE VAT is always refunded for returned items.
6. How to Start Your Return (UAE Based)

Pack: Place items back in their original packaging.
Handover: Our courier will contact you within 48 hours for pick-up.
