  • Dispatch Schedule: We process and ship orders daily, with the exception of UAE public holidays.

  • Single Destination: To maintain accuracy, we ship each order to one address only. If you need to send items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.

  • Consolidated Shipments: We aim to ship all your items in one package. However, depending on stock availability or product type, your order may occasionally arrive in multiple shipments.

  • Our Location: Please note that Aniqa Collections currently operates exclusively from the UAE and does not have international branch locations.

2. Delivery Timelines

We strive to get your order to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Please use the following estimates:

  • Note on Delays: The timeframes above are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to logistics, high seasonal demand, or custom clearance procedures beyond our control.

We are proud to offer shipping services across:

  • International Destinations (Worldwide)

4. Shipping Fees

  • Domestic (UAE): We offer competitive shipping rates. Orders below AED 250 will incur a delivery fee, which is automatically calculated by our courier partners during checkout.

  • International: Shipping costs for orders outside the UAE are determined by the destination and package weight, calculated live at the time of checkout.

5. International Customs & Import Duties

For our global customers, please be aware that:

  • Recipient Responsibility: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Fee Calculation: These charges are not included in our shipping fee and are usually collected by the courier upon delivery.

  • Local Laws: We suggest reviewing your country’s import regulations before finalizing your purchase to avoid unexpected charges.
