Returns & Exchanges

At Aniqa Collections, we want you to love your purchase. If things don’t work out, our return process is designed to be simple and easy.

1. The 14-Day Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Change of Heart: If you changed your mind or the fit isn't right, you can return the item for a refund or exchange, provided it meets our hygiene and condition standards.

2. Condition of Items

To ensure a successful return, please make sure your items are:

  • Unused and unwashed with no marks, perfumes, or makeup stains.

  • In the original packaging with all Aniqa Collections tags still attached.

  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order confirmation email.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons (as per UAE health regulations), we cannot accept returns on:

  • Jewelry, hair accessories, and masks.

  • Lingerie, swimwear, or bodysuits.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping & Pick-up Costs

  • Defective Items: We cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Standard Returns: For changes of mind or size issues, a flat return shipping fee of AED 30 will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Timeline & Method

Once our team inspects your return (usually within 3 business days of receipt):

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are sent back to the original card. Please allow 7–14 business days for your bank to process the credit.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be issued as Store Credit or via Bank Transfer to a UAE-based bank account.

  • VAT: The 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) is always refunded for returned items.

6. How to Start Your Return (UAE Based)

  1. Request: Email us at info@aniqacollections.com or message us on WhatsApp at 00971527862951 with your Order ID.

  2. Pack: Place the items back in their original packaging.

  3. Handover: Our courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a pick-up.
